HOLIDAY HOMES and SHORT RENTALS

On January 19th, at 4.00 pm, the city of Todi will host, in the Council Room of the municipal buildings, the meeting on "SECOND HOMES and SHORT RENTALS" organized by FIAIP Umbria Perugia Terni (Italian Federation of Professional Italian Real Estate Agents) .
The initiative is open to institutions, real estate operators, those involved in tourism, territorial promotion and real estate tourism, as well as private individuals, owners and landlords, interested in discussing specifically the indicated sector and regarding the new regulations (Tax Decree and regional legislation), the new obligations, the evolution of the short-term rental market and the impact on historic centres, the lack of supply of properties intended for residential rentals, the Dutch and German markets interested in Umbria, the challenges posed to the Municipalities and to the Region by a demand that rapidly evolves and which calls for updates to the regulatory plans and the choice of a territorial and cultural identity.
Participation and professional, as well as personal, experiences in the sector will represent precious moments and stimuli for a constructive discussion for the good of our Umbrian cities.
